Requirements

  • Diploma in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and clarity.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exhibit empathy and patience when dealing with challenging customer situations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur and adhere to the company's work schedule.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Chinese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in Mandarin and / or Cantonese.
  • Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Translate documents and communications from English to Chinese and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products, services, and processes.
