Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in online marketing, social media management, or customer service (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or database management is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the company’s social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.Follow up on and respond to customer inquiries from online platforms in a timely and professional manner.Distribute qualified online leads to the relevant sales personnel for follow-up.Coordinate and send promotional materials or advertisements to inactive or potential customers.Maintain and update customer databases from online sources and input from the sales team.Assist in preparing and updating the aging debtors list and ensure timely communication with customers.Benefits
