Job Description :

  • To carry out the credit administration function such as follow up purchasers loan application and with solicitors and end-financiers to expedite the loan documentation.
  • To generate progressive billing and renotice billing timely and to ensure the progressive billing timely and to ensure the progressive billings are send out to the respective purchasers and end-financiers in a timely manner.
  • To keep track and follow up progressive payment with the purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors timely to avoid any late payment.
  • To generate reminders and notice of termination in accordance to the sales and Purchase Agreement.
  • To ensure all date in system is accurate and up to date.
  • To handle sub- sales matters, refinancing, utilities, vacant possession and Memorandum of Transfer.
  • To ensure proper filing of purchaser's files and timely.
  • To prepare monthly reports for submission to the management.
  • To response purchaser's complaints promptly and politely.
  • To undertake and perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior / management from time to time.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Professional Certificates or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, All Business Field, Business Studies / Administration / Management
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, Malay language for both spoken and written
