Your new role
Your responsibility involves leading supply chain initiatives to enhance order-to-invoice efficiency and service KPIs in a customer-facing role. You will be closing collaborating with customer development teams to improve planning accuracy and optimise logistics networks. You will also focus on proactive communication to manage customer expectations and drive joint initiatives. Additionally, it involves monitoring performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and coordinating cross-functional teams to address supply chain inefficiencies.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position, you would need :
Solid years of experience in a customer-facing Supply Chain role, from a multinational FMCG background.
Strong experience in demand forecasting, supply network planning.
Excellent analytical abilities with a deep understanding of financial statement impacts, business insights, and overall business perspectives.
Proficiency in the SAP system.
