Requirements

  • Language Required : Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting with major in General / Cost Accounting or a similar field
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply, on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of relevant accounting software is advantageous.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, initiative, responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Skills Required : Accounts Receivable, Account Payable, Accounting and Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounting functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and other related tasks.
  • Control and manage the end-to-end financial process in support of the account, including collections, payments, monthly closing activities, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Conduct monthly SST Reconciliation and submission of SST.
  • Ensure all accounting records are accurately updated and maintained in the accounting system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies for accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of the monthly Management Reports on a timely basis.
  • Perform day-to-day routine tasks assigned by superiors in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all deadlines.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.
