Monitor project specifications and track competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the specification process to ensure accurate and effective product selection..
What It Takes
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science or related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in specification sales, technical sales, or a related role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
