Requirements

Who are we looking for :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy, bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting field
Meticulous & analytical skills required
Salary will be according to personal working experience
Proactive and positive attitude and must be able to meet deadline
Candidate who has experience in Live (Online) accounts will add priority for shortlisted
Required Skill(s) Microsoft Office, SQL, would be an advantage, Read / Speak in THREE LANGUAGES IN MALAYSIA

Responsibilities

What you will be doing :

Handle Full Set Account (Account Receivables & Payables) : Managing all aspects of a company's financial records, including recording, processing, and reporting financial transactions

Prepare Quotation and Invoice for Client

Check Receive Payment from Client / Customer

Manage Payroll and any Related to Human Resources Duties

Prepare Report for E-Commerce Sales and Commission

Manage Petty Cash

Prepare Payment Voucher and Process Payment

Handle Full set of Tax Related (e.g. : SST)

Ensure proper maintenance of document and filing to support all accounting entries

Independent in finalization of monthly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.

Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agent on matter relating to auditor Tax and Statutory requirements.
