Summary : We are looking for a Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and service barcode equipments (printer and scanner) at customer site.
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Propose the service contract.
- Do and submit quotation to customer.

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years relevant experiences in related field with good interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
- Strong service orientation.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; both verbally and in writing.
- Possess own transport.
