Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate / diploma / degree inputer science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years working experience in software development / support or IT project management
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal skill and able to interact with users at all levels
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Skill Required
Experience in SQL Server, IIS, Windows Server
Basic knowledge in networking
Experience in IT project management
Knowledge inputer programming and scripting will be a great advantage.
Knowledge in banking products will be an advantage.
Job Description :
Provide technical support services for users in operations guidance and troubleshooting on all application systems
Work closely with various project stakeholders to design and propose IT solutions to deliver solution for business.
Able to drive and manage IT project in full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure timelypletion of application with project schedule.
Perform user requirements and system feasibility studies.
Develop / review technical support documents and other System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) related documents.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported, able to drive defect / issues resolution with technical stakeholders
Ensure stability, security and reliability of technical deliveries. Review penetration test results and work with vendors to resolve / mitigate the risks.
Manage and support BCP / DRP related activities.
Works with PayNet SIT and UAT team to perform testing.
