Graduate of Psychology / Human Resource or equivalent.

At least 2-3 years experience in Corporate Recruitment / Executive Search or equivalent.

Experience in Corporate / Executive Search.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Keen to details.

Excellent written and oral English and Japanese communication skills.

Computer and internet proficient.

Adept in using MS Office and has good presentation skills.

Can work independently and in a team.

Can work on shifting schedule.

Can work on hybrid work setup.
