List the responsibilities that must be achieved and to be carried out : -
1) To perform Anti-Attrition for customers' request for card cancellation through Contact Centre (CMS), Branches, CCQ or CCR team.
2) To attend other daily task such as Card Replacement, Statement Retrieval, Update Customer Information, Rewards related, waiver request.
3) To attend Customer'splaints received from Customer Care & Quality (CCQ) including toplete the case via CMS. This includes closely monitoring until the case ispletely resolved.
4) Handling in issuance of corporate card, enquiries or meeting required by Corporate customers
5) Attending installment plan received through 3rd party such as Pinelab
6) Perform daily bulk upload submission
7) To attend additional task such as UAT testing, process improvement etc
