Requirements
- Possess minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in collections or in a call center background is a plus.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and is able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Have good composure and showcase excellent problem-solving solving skills.
Responsibilities
Engage in debt-related discussions with customers to create personalized repayment strategies.Manage and encourage timely repayments through outbound collections and recovery calls.Proactively meet or exceed assigned targets while adhering to company and regulatory collection policies.Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding overdue account repayments.Benefits
