Job Responsibilities :
Conduct independent credit assessments of corporate clients' financial status, credibility, and credit proposals.
Identify and analyze the risks associated with corporate clients and produce recommendation analysis reports.
Monitor and update watchlist customers and early warning indicators reports.
Prepare and present credit assessments and recommendations to the Management Committee.
Participate in projects aimed at improving credit risk management.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
Preferably hold a professional credit qualification from AICB.
2 to 5 years of experience in credit evaluation and assessment, preferably in the corporate banking segment.
Strong understanding of financial statements, financial ratios, and credit assessment concepts.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data.
Good interpersonal and writing skills to ensure effective delivery of credit assessment reports and communication with stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively with minimal supervision.
Capable of working independently.
Some understanding of BNM Climate Change and Principle-based Taxonomy (BNM CCPT), including performing due diligence and evaluating customers based on CCPT classification, is an added advantage
