As a Senior Software Developer, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining cutting-edge web and mobile applications, leading projects, and driving technical direction. While Japanese language skills would be an additional benefit, they are not mandatory for this role.

Location : Kuala Lumpur / Hybrid Working

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the system development life cycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, support, documentation, and maintenance.
• Create solutions that integrate with existing systems.
• Analyse client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Lead projects and project teams.
• Tackle the most challenging functions in each project.
• Write or review code, prioritising best practices over CakePHP standards.
• Guide the technical direction of projects.
• Conduct functionality testing and debug code.
• Mentor and support web application developers through advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest web development practices.
• Utilise the Ho-Ren-So framework for effective business communication.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
