Requirements
- Speak fluently with good writing skill in English

- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point applications.

Responsibilities
KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist in processing purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and proceduresMaintain and update purchasing records accordinglyManage inventory levels of materials or productsFollow up on delivery of the purchased itemsSourcing and acquiring goods, services and materials upon requisitionPerform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entryLiaise between departments and provide clerical support when necessaryAssist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when requiredBenefits
