Come join us in the Compression Service organization! As Head of Finance Regional Service Asia Pacific, you will be integral part of the Middle East and Asia Pacific Leadership Team and play a vital role to drive Service growth in the region. Your day-to-day involves leading a team of financial experts distributed across the whole region, ensuring seamless financial management and execution for the company's portfolio. This role demands strong leadership in driving high performance, financial expertise, and strategic stakeholder management capabilities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Being responsible for setting up the Regional Finance Team for Compression
- Lead, run and develop a team of financial experts in the Regions, supervising their daily activities and development in a diverse and distributed physical landscape.
- Handle all financial aspects of projects, including acquisition, cost control, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Head of Finance and other senior leaders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Ensure operational clarity and act as a partner to the technical organization.
- Act as first point of contact for customer, country and organizational dispute resolution.
- Planned travel required 25%; must qualify for travel within region of employment.
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or equivalent experience in similar subject areas is preferred.Over 10+ years of relevant experience with a broad financial background in sales and project-related functions, service business demonstrating growing levels of responsibility.International experience with intercultural sensitivity and a proven track record of effective teamwork; experience outside of the home country is a plus.Fluency in English is required, along with excellent communication skills to inspire teams and stakeholders.A demonstrated ability to transform and develop teams, improve processes and tools, and translate complex business and financial issues into easily understandable terms.A team-oriented, results-focused approach with strong analytical and organizational skills, robust change management and leadership capabilities, and availability for domestic and international travel as required.
