Requirements

  • Passionate about Sugar Gliders and willing to learn all aspects of their care
  • Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and through written communication
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

Customer Service :

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have

    • Sales :

  • Process transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system
  • Achieve sales targets and earn incentives based on sales performance

    • Inventory Management :

  • Maintain sufficient inventory levels to meet customer demand
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify purchasing team when necessary
  • Keep the store clean and organised, including dusting shelves, restocking merchandise, and sweeping & moping the floors

    • Animal Care :

  • Assist with Sugar Glider grooming, including trimming nails and bathing
  • Assist with Sugar Glider boarding, including feeding, welfare, and cleaning cages

    • Benefits

  • Salary range of RM1,900 to RM2,400 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications
