Communicate effectively with potential clients through social media platforms to understand their needs and provide professional product solutions. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Follow up on sales orders, coordinate and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure smooth transactions. Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies and increase market share. Actively promote and sell various SaaS internet products. Requirements
- At least 1 year of e-commerce sales experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, and familiarity with marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with clients.
- Strong market analysis and adaptability skills, with the ability to accurately understand market demands.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in using office software and internet tools; candidates with experience in blockchain, internet marketing, or related fields are preferred.
