Requirements
- Candidate must possess a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any fields.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferable language(s) : Mandarin with writing and oral skills. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Must have good interpersonal, communication and customer services skills.
- Must be independent, self-disciplined with a strong work ethic and well-organized individual.
- Capable to perform multi-tasking efficiently
- Excellent planning and time arrangement skills
Responsibilities
Handle existing and new customers’ enquiry.Issue Amendment / Stop Work Requisition on behalf of SP.Issue GRR.Issue sales orders.Prepare artwork / master card.Work out selling prices on behalf of SP.Update master cards’ information into CPS System.Work out selling prices for converter orders.Counter check costing calculation done by Sales Personnel.Verify master cards’ drawings.Co-ordinate complaint report to QA and get reply from QA.Counter check Sales Order.Filing – customers’ Purchase Order, SO, quotations, Amendment / Stop Work Requisition and etc.Update “Daily Sales Report” for management to review.Benefits
