Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Beauty Therapy or a related field, providing a solid foundation in spa treatments and techniques.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates, offering an excellent opportunity to begin a career as a Spa Therapist.
  • Proficient in performing Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology to address various client needs and preferences.
  • Skilled in providing a range of Facial Treatments, demonstrating expertise in skincare and product application.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for all clients.
  • Strong Communication Skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, facilitating effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards of Hygiene and Sanitation, adhering to health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
  • Comprehensive Product Knowledge, enabling the recommendation and sale of suitable spa products to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional spa therapies, including deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, and reflexology, tailored to individual client needs and preferences.
  • Administer a variety of facial treatments, such as cleansing, exfoliation, and mask application, while adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, conducting thorough consultations to understand their concerns, and offering personalized recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, ensuring all equipment and treatment rooms meet the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge by educating clients on the benefits of various spa products and recommending appropriate retail items for home use.
  • Uphold strict hygiene standards and follow sanitation procedures to guarantee a safe and healthy environment for clients and colleagues.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
