Requirements

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience in AI solution development, train AI
Familiar programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages
Familiar AI software Chatgpt, Deepseek, Gemini
Experience on full stack development will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and refine effective prompts for various AI models to achieve desired outputs.

Sup port the integration of AI tools into existing workflows and processes to maximize their impact

Work closely with Information Technology developers, data engineers, for implementation

Conduct experiments and tests to validate and improve the performance of AI / ML models

Oversee the end-to-end AI model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment

Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related fields and provide suggestions to improve and insights to the product and development teams.

Document AI workflows, prompt libraries, and success metrics for internal teams
