About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Kuala Lumpur-based team full-time. In this role, you will independently manage the end-to-end execution of paid digital campaigns, primarily across Google and Meta platforms. You will be responsible for optimising campaign performance, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring our marketing investments generate significant and measurable results. Your work will play a key role in amplifying our digital presence, accelerating conversions, and fuelling business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads(Facebook / Instagram).
  • Independently manage the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy, targeting, budgeting, implementation, and real-time optimisation.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance against key KPIs : CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume.

Campaign Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor campaign results daily and produce weekly / monthly reports with in-depth analysis.
  • Leverage data to drive strategic decisions, improve ROI, and identify scaling opportunities.
  • Track industry benchmarks, market shifts, and competitor trends to inform campaign adjustments.
  • Conduct A / B testing on creatives, messaging, and audience segments.
  • Strategic Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with content, organic social, and lifecycle marketing teams to align messaging and amplify paid efforts.
  • Integrate campaign learnings into broader digital strategies to support business goals.
  • Provide internal stakeholders with performance updates and strategic recommendations.
  • Innovation & Channel Expansion

  • Explore and experiment with additional platforms like Reddit, Twitter / X, and native content networks (e.g. Taboola, Outbrain)to diversify reach.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and ad platform innovations.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, specifically managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven success optimising for key KPIs such as CPA, CPL, CPC, and ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting marketing data to drive decisions.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other campaign management platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage large paid budgets with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of advertising in regulated industries (e.g. financial services, gaming) is a plus.
