Requirements
- Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin (advantage).
- Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above
- Experience as a telemarketing executive within the industry / No experience also welcoming.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Considerable experience as a telemarketer prior to your promotion.
- Knowledge of all pertinent consumer rights and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to conceptualize, communicate, and fulfill visions.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the company's products or servicesFollow an established script and sales process to persuade customers to take a desired action such as making a purchase or booking an appointmentMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made, including details of conversations, outcomes and follow-up requirementsQualify and assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendationsMeet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads generated and sales madeBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and referralsContinuously develop knowledge of the company's products and services, industry trends and competitor activitySchedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.Secure stronger customer relationships and enlarge the customer base.Identify and handle customers' enquiries completely and accurately with confidence.Following up with new business opportunities Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.Benefits
