We are seeking for a dedicated and detail-driven Accountant to lead our financial planning, compliance, and reporting functions, ensuring financial integrity and transparency.

Responsibilities :

  • Financial Management & Compliance : Maintain financial records, oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and ensure compliance with tax laws, donor requirements and internal controls
  • Reporting & Analysis : Prepare financial statements, track trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Auditing & Risk Management : Conduct audits, ensure compliance and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Budgeting & Advisory Support : Develop budgets, forecast finances, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Communication & Collaboration : Improve financial communication, train staff and align financial planning with organization goals

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of financial experience with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Financial expertise and analysis skills in budgeting, reporting and financial strategy.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Ms Excel for reporting and analysis.
