Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of experience in retail or customer service , with a proven track record, is an advantage.
- Minimum SPM qualification or any certificate .
- Fresh graduates from any certificate program are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Basic calculation skills to assist with product measurements and pricing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills.
- Knowledge of tiles and mosaics is an advantage, but not necessary (training provided)
Training & Accommodation :
Training will be conducted at HQ (Kajang) for a Few monthsResponsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional.Provide product recommendations and solutions based on customer requirements.Promote and upsell products to generate sales.Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.Handle basic administrative tasks , such as answering calls and filling.Follow store SOPs to ensure smooth operations.Liaise with internal departments (e.g. logistics, warehouse) to ensure smooth order operations.Work closely with the HQ marketing team to support marketing material and promotional campaigns .Track sales performance and generate reports for management review.Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager as required.Benefits
