Penerangan pekerjaan
Responsibility :
To participate in tendering for new projects.
Responsible in taking off quantities and calling for quotations.
Prepare Tender Documents including BQ and cost estimation.
Review and analyse cost studies and budget.
Evaluate tenders from contractors / sub-contractors.
Appointment of contractors / sub-contractors and prepare letter of award.
Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior
Ad-hoc assigned by management.
Job Requirement :
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Quantity Survey
Preferably at least 6 years of related working experience.
Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia
