Responsibility :

  • To participate in tendering for new projects.
  • Responsible in taking off quantities and calling for quotations.
  • Prepare Tender Documents including BQ and cost estimation.
  • Review and analyse cost studies and budget.
  • Evaluate tenders from contractors / sub-contractors.
  • Appointment of contractors / sub-contractors and prepare letter of award.
  • Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior
  • Ad-hoc assigned by management.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Quantity Survey
  • Preferably at least 6 years of related working experience.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
  • Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia
