Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM
  • Able to speak in English
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Type of employment : Part-time / Full-time
  • Position : Floor and kitchen staff
  • Types of job : General Restaurant Work, Customer services, Cooking, Cleaning
  • Salary : Part-time : RM14 / hourly, Full-time : RM2,300 ~ / monthly (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF)

Responsibilities

General Restaurant Duties

Easy kitchen work includes dishwashing, preparing buckwheat dough, making Donburi (rice bowl), and cooking tempura.

  • Responsible for food preparation
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity, temperature, and presentation of each food served
  • Quick in food preparation and able to cope with fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ensure freshness of food ingredients and raw materials, keeping track of FIFO
  • Ensure minimum wastage in food preparation and washer duty
  • Maintain kitchen equipment / utensils in utmost cleanliness and hygiene
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager

    • General Customer Services

    Includes chaser, order, floor, and toilet cleaning.

  • Receive orders and serve customer requests in a timely manner
  • Understand menu content and any promotional activities
  • Keep service area clean, tidy, and well prepared (including toilet area)
  • Answer guest queries politely and helpfully
  • Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests
  • Any other duties as assigned by manager
