Responsibilities
General Restaurant Duties
Easy kitchen work includes dishwashing, preparing buckwheat dough, making Donburi (rice bowl), and cooking tempura.
Responsible for food preparationEnsure consistency in taste, quality, quantity, temperature, and presentation of each food servedQuick in food preparation and able to cope with fast-paced kitchen environmentEnsure freshness of food ingredients and raw materials, keeping track of FIFOEnsure minimum wastage in food preparation and washer dutyMaintain kitchen equipment / utensils in utmost cleanliness and hygieneAny other duties as assigned by managerGeneral Customer Services
Includes chaser, order, floor, and toilet cleaning.
Receive orders and serve customer requests in a timely mannerUnderstand menu content and any promotional activitiesKeep service area clean, tidy, and well prepared (including toilet area)Answer guest queries politely and helpfullyPrepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guestsAny other duties as assigned by managerBenefits
