Job Description : An HR Assistant provides administrative support to the HR department and helps in executing HR-related tasks such as recruitment, employee records management, and payroll processing. Key Responsibilities : -Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling. -Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy. -Handle administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents and updating HR databases. -Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs. -Process payroll and maintain attendance records. -Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. -Support in organizing training and development programs. -Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities. Experience and Qualifications : -Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. -Mandarin speaking candidate application will be prioritised  -1 -2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates may apply). -Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws. -Strong organizational and communication skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software. -Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
