Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the purchasing team to ensure efficient and effective procurement operations.
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and engage suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials with reliable delivery timelines.
Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to support successful contract negotiations.
Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply chain risks to support strategic purchasing decisions.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement needs.
Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on cost savings, supplier performance, market conditions, and budget efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives within the procurement function.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in local and international sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
