YOUR NEW COMPANY

This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional life insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Senior Manager, Agency Recruitment, to join its global dynamic business.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be counted on leading the Agency Recruitment in the Northern Region to expand the Agency Business. You will also be working closely with the Chief Agency Officer in planning and implementing the Agency Recruitment Strategy for Business Expansion.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience within Agency Development or Agency Recruitment

Possess strong network connection within Life Agency / Banking / Property Agents / Asset Management market

Energetic, committed and result-driven personality
