This General Insurancepany is famous for its broad range of General Insurance coverage withinmercial Lines classes. Due to market growth, thepany requires a hands-on Branch Manager to oversee the largest branch in Seremban.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be responsible for ensuring organic growth and overseeing branch day-to-day operation. You will also be counted on to manage a team of 10 direct reporting staff (marketing + operation) within the branch to ensure business operation, as well as service business partners.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

At least 8 years and above of related experience in General Insurance (Non-Motor)

Familiar with branch operation (marketing & operation)

Experience in managing a team is a must.

Goodmunication, speaking in English, Mandarin and BM
