Penerangan pekerjaanConduct market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive products. -Generate new product ideas and concepts in collaboration with the sales and marketing team. -Develop product specifications, design concepts and phototypes. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RandD and design, to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of product concepts. -Manage the product development lifecycle, from initial concept through to final product release. -Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. -Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time delivery. -Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. -Oversee the testing and validation of products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. -Work with quality assurance teams to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the product development process. -Prepare and execute product launch plans, including marketing strategies, promotional activities, and sales training. -Ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and available. -Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders. -Analyze sales data and market response to identify areas for improvement and future development opportunities. -Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. -Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product development processes and outcomes. -Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on project status and product development progress. -Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, suppliers, and vendors. -Work closely with business operations, advertising, promotions and marketing team for ideations and creations on seasonal hampers. -Ensure products delivery on time for production.
