Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above certificate, any field.
  • Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin to communicate with HQ China.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Independent and self-motivated to support all department functions.
  • Good sense of corporate structure and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall office facility maintenance, office supplies management and general office administration.
  • Expatriates management, including house rental, car rental, travel booking etc.
  • Prepare and coordinate budget reports including forecast subject to Management request.
  • Expense monitoring, analyse and identify areas for cost improvement / saving.
  • Complete the submission and upgrade of company certificates and licenses on a regular basis according to the requirements of relevant government departments.
