Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or above certificate, any field.
- Able to speak, read and write in Mandarin to communicate with HQ China.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Independent and self-motivated to support all department functions.
- Good sense of corporate structure and governance.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall office facility maintenance, office supplies management and general office administration.Expatriates management, including house rental, car rental, travel booking etc.Prepare and coordinate budget reports including forecast subject to Management request.Expense monitoring, analyse and identify areas for cost improvement / saving.Complete the submission and upgrade of company certificates and licenses on a regular basis according to the requirements of relevant government departments.Benefits
