You will play a key role in supporting our People and Culture team in various administrative and operational functions. Your Day-to-Day -Assisting the Leave Management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date leave records for employees. -Helping process and track leave applications, ensuring compliance with company policies. -Assisting Claim Management and processing employee claims, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement and helping to review and verify supporting documents for claims. -Helping to prepare and generate claim reports for payroll team review. -Supporting and assisting the HR team in executing various HR projects, including dashboard development and process improvement initiatives. You Know-How -Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field. -Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry especially excel and spreadsheet. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint). -Familiarity with Power BI is a plus. -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
