Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred .
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and able to meet deadlines.
- Independent, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting and forecasting.Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with accounting standards.Manage SST submissions and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.Support year-end audit and other ad hoc financial tasks as required.Benefits
