Requirements

  • Able to speak and understand Mandarin
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, energetic and team player
  • Able to work with minimal direction and supervision, ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Verify the goods returned with a Return Note by the customer or Sales Representative.
  • Issuing Credit Note, Debit Note and reconciliation for varying departments.
  • Responsible for the Company’s general administrative matters.
  • Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail.
  • Bookkeeping and general accounting
  • Prepares special financial reports
  • Filing data
  • Support the team in conducting audits
  • Filing data
  • Any Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
