Digital Marketing Executive (Mandarin speaker)

We’re a fast-growing marketing agency looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead our social media efforts across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS). You'll be handling both our internal social media accounts and those of selected clients, crafting strategies that drive engagement, brand visibility, and leads. Key Responsibilities : -Content Creation - Collaborate with the design and video team to create engaging content for internal and client accounts, including ad creatives, organic posts, captions, and video scripts. -Social Media Management - Plan and execute content calendars, manage daily posting, monitor trends, and provide insights to keep content relevant and engaging. -Create Ads and Optimize Conversion - Ideate and launch ad campaigns, write high-converting copy, test creatives, and optimize for lower CPMs and higher lead conversions. -Analytics and Reporting - Track key metrics (CPM, CTR, engagement, leads, etc), deliver daily and monthly reports, and use insights to refine content strategy and improve results. Job Requirments : -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. -1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. -Proficient in tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc. -Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. -Strong copywriting and communication skills in Mandarin (English and Malay are a plus). -(Bonus) Experience with influencer marketing, including working with KOLs, KOCs, or user-generated content (UGC).
