Field Service Engineer

job description

• Identify customers’ needs and offer technical solutions, training, application support and on-site support
• Servicing and repair of electronics test & measuring equipment

Provide technical support to customers

Minimise equipment downtime & ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements :

Degree or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or relevant.

1 - 3 years experience in trouble-shooting of electronic circuit or electronics industry

Experience in the semiconductor industry will be of priority

Proficiency in computer hardware and software

Dynamic, independent and able to adapt to multi-tasking environment
