Key Responsibilities : - Identify and onboard suitable KOLs (macro, micro, and nano influencers) relevant to the finance, investing, and fintech sectors. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and affiliate partners. -Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. - Collaborate with content, PR, and social media teams to align messaging and brand positioning. - Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and evaluate ROI of KOL campaigns. - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.). - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platforms, and competitor strategies in the KOL and influencer space. Qualifications : - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - 2–5 years of experience in KOL / influencer marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech - Strong knowledge of social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and influencer tools (Klear, Upfluence, or similar). - Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns with measurable ROI. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, etc.) are a plus for APAC markets.    - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
