Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10 years) in an HR role, preferably as an Human Resource within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling employee data and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SQL Payroll software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding : To assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including orientation, posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding materials.Employee Records Management : To assist maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Payroll Support : To assist HR Exec in payroll processing by gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.Attendance : Assist in key in Leave attendance, staff leave in SQL payroll.Training & Development : To assist employee training programs and development initiativesPerformance Management System : Develop and oversee performance appraisal frameworks—KPIs, review cycles, feedback mechanisms—aligned with business goals. To assist performance management processes, including scheduling evaluations and maintaining records.Employee Relations : To assist employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.HRDC : Assist HR executive in HRDC submission customer claims.Employee Engagement : Assist in organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives and company events.Administrative Support : Provide administrative support to the HR department, including filing, preparing reports, and maintaining HR systems.Any ad hoc task as assigned by HR Exec or Superior.Benefits
