We're on the lookout for passionate and driven Sales Executives to be part of our growing success!

Job Description :

Property Sales : Promote company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Property Presentation and Consultation : Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
Contract Handling : Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
Sales Reporting : Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
Customer Service : Provide post-sale support and address client concerns.

Job Requirement :

SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.

At least 1 year of sales experience, real estate experience is a plus.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. (Mandarin is a plus)

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Willing to travel and station at different sales galleries as required.
