Your New Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving my client's growth. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, pitching services to potential clients, and nurturing relationships to convert leads into successful partnerships. You will execute strategic business development initiatives, support senior leaders in refining pitches, and independently lead client meetings. Your ability to thinkmercially and proactively will be essential in expanding my client's reach.

My client is looking for a candidate that has the gravitas tomunicate and influence Multi National Corporation, C-level clients, throughout the sales process. They require a confident individual that holds the experience of selling SaaS solutions to Human Resource professionals after devising a sales strategy from accurate market research.
To excel in this role, you will need a strong passion and initiative to secure and close new deals. Experience is required in B2B SaaS sales to blue-chip organisations, and the proven ability to bring in new accounts to the value of 160K. Determination and resilience in oveing challenges and exceeding targets are key attributes for success. It is important that you align with my client's mission and purpose while demonstrating a hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in supporting broader financial and business goals. Additionally, the ability to engage stakeholders and build lasting relationships is a crucial aspect of the role.
