We’re looking for a self-driven, people-loving Sales Executive to help grow our coffee community and connect with cafes, offices, and partners who care about quality.  What You’ll Be Doing Client Relationships -Build genuine, lasting relationships through regular visits and check-ins -Handle inquiries and issues with care and promptness -Provide reliable, thoughtful service every step of the way Sales and Growth -Identify and nurture new business opportunities  -Introduce our blends and single origins through tastings and proposals -Support brand visibility through events and collaborations Collaboration and Strategy -Coordinate with marketing on launches and campaigns -Work closely with ops for smooth deliveries and logistics -Share market insights and keep CRM records up to date Perks and Benefits -15 days annual leave -RM40 daily meal allowance -EPF and SOCSO contributions -Coffee training for all staff -Career growth opportunities -Salary reviews twice a year -Insurance and health benefits (after 12 months) -Staff discounts on food and merchandise We believe in care, craft, and culture. What We’re Looking For -Friendly, proactive, and good with people  -Takes initiative and thrives independently -Driven to learn, grow, and share a passion for coffee  -Holds a valid driving license and open to travel -B2B or B2C sales experience (FandB or coffee is a bonus)
