Senior Project Leader Project Management

Is fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget) Job Description

In your new role you will :

• Plans, organizes, and controls the project / sub-projects with moderate complexity (up to Project classification class C), risk, impact and reach :  Manages a diverse project team with sub-projects with a moderate span of GGs.Manages and controls the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function. Organizes the activities and resources needed for the project to ensure timely release of each milestone .
• Key communication interface (for project related matters),representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions ( Business lines, Central Functions Finance, PTI, FE Fabs.
• Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.
• Uses Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation.
• Drives problem solving activities within the project using standard Infineon trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys.
• Continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges.
