Requirements

Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in customs declaration or Duty Free industry.
Familiar with Malaysia customs systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office & customs submission platforms.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and able to work under pressure.
Willing to work in environment Warehouse based at Taman Perindustrial Tanjung Pelepas, 81550 Gelang Patah.

Responsibilities

As the Operations Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient and effective operations. In addition, you will oversee the end-to-end customs clearance process, collaborating closely with forwarding agents, customs officers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and full compliance with Malaysian customs regulations.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Warehouse to ensure all operations are executed efficiently and effectively.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on customs declarations.

Ensure all documentation complies with local customs laws and regulations.

Liaise with internal team, customs officers, and other relevant authorities.

Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all declarations and related files.

Assist in logistics coordination and day-to-day warehouse operations.

Report to the Branch Manager and support any ad hoc tasks assigned.
