Penerangan pekerjaan4–6 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure operations.Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools.Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, VPN), virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools is a plus.Proven ability to manage escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.ITIL Foundation certification preferred; advanced certifications (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA, Azure) are a plus.Act as the primary escalation point for L1 support and resolve advanced technical issues across infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments.Lead troubleshooting efforts for high-impact incidents and coordinate with L3 teams or vendors when necessary.Perform in-depth root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring problems.Maintain and improve internal knowledge base and SOPs for L1 and L2 teams.Support system upgrades, patching, and deployment projects in collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.Monitor system health and proactively identify areas for performance or reliability improvements.Provide technical mentorship and training to L1 support analysts.Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed.
