  • 4–6 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure operations.
  • Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management tools.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP / IP, DNS, VPN), virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS).
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage escalations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred; advanced certifications (e.g., MCSA, CompTIA, Azure) are a plus.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for L1 support and resolve advanced technical issues across infrastructure, applications, and end-user environments.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for high-impact incidents and coordinate with L3 teams or vendors when necessary.
  • Perform in-depth root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring problems.
  • Maintain and improve internal knowledge base and SOPs for L1 and L2 teams.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and deployment projects in collaboration with infrastructure and security teams.
  • Monitor system health and proactively identify areas for performance or reliability improvements.
  • Provide technical mentorship and training to L1 support analysts.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed.
