What You'll Do :

Manage and maintain Windows server environments and VMware infrastructure

Troubleshoot issues related to servers, storage, and virtualization technologies

Implement security protocols to safeguard system integrity

Monitor system performance and optimize configurations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects

Document processes and procedures for improved operational efficiency

Stay updated with emerging technologies in the virtualization space

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Windows and VMware administration

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP) are a plus

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
