Senior Technical Product Manager

Role and Responsibilities -Oversee a team of product management, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and guidance to achieve product objectives. -Act as the primary point of escalation for complex product or transaction issues. -Work closely with business, technical, and operations teams to align product functionality with organizational needs. -Liaise with customer support, marketing, and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure cohesive product messaging and delivery. -Act as the primary liaison between the organization and key suppliers to enhance collaboration, improve service-level agreements (SLAs), and resolve critical issues. -Drive product enhancements and innovation by identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive market dynamics. -Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of how a transaction flow works to ensure successful integration. -Ability to conduct product training for internal stakeholders. -Propose and implement strategies to enhance product features, user experience, and operational workflows. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. -At least 6–8 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role. 2–5 years of experience in the digital / tech industry. -Proven track record of successfully managing product roadmaps, workflows, and cross- functional collaborations. -Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. -Self-motivated and capable of working effectively within a team and across the organization with minimal supervision, independently driving results toward agreed goals. -Understanding of the development, testing, and deployment life cycle. -Experience in Financial Services (Remittance) is a plus. -Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and transaction workflows is a plus. -Basic knowledge of SQL and log tracking is an advantage. -Strong diagnostic skills to resolve complex product issues effectively.
