Preparation of tender documents for tender exercise
Attend tender interviews
To handle and lead pre and post contract
Preparing tender and contract documents including bills of quantities
Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
Assist in establishing a client's requirements undertaking feasibility studies
Perform risk, value management and cost control
Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders
Allocating work to subcontractors
Preparation of Letter of Award to Sub-Contractors
Providing advice on contractual claims
Preparation and verification of claims
Preparing of project costing and budgeting
Preparation of Variation Order, Construction Budget and Final Account
Internal audit for site material and works
Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use
Perform any others work related to QS task, taking off, prepare BQ, tendering, claim, negotiated and planning for the project etc.
Undertake other tasks related when required by the Management from time to time
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Higher Diploma / Diploma / Professional Degree in Quantity Survey / Building Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the Construction field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
