Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in e-commerce management, preferably with multi-platform experience (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok).
- Strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and online sales strategy.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors or platform account managers.
- Proficient in e-commerce platforms and analytics tool (e.g platform dashboards and external plugin dashboards).
- Data-driven with a sharp analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
- Familiar with platform marketing tools such as Shopee and Lazada Ads, affiliate marketing, vouchers, and campaign management.
- Strong execution skills with a focus on achieving set targets.
Responsibilities
Platform Strategy & Performance
Manage overall e-commerce strategy across owned and third-party platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.).Own platform KPIs including traffic acquisition, conversion rate and sales targets.Monitor platform analytics and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.Operations & Fulfilment
Work closely with warehouse, logistics, customer service and 3rd party fulfilment providers to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.Monitor inventory levels and ensure proactive replenishment, especially for high-demand SKUs.Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and manage monthly digital marketing and sales campaigns (including Mega Campaigns and BAU promotions).Liaise with Key Account Managers from e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility and participation in key campaigns.prepare sales forecasts, trade spending budgets, and campaign performance evaluations.Benefits
